Indian cricket captain Rohit Sharma is currently on break, but he is still enjoying the game. The 33-year-old was recently spotted playing street cricket with some school boys in Mumbai. A social media user shared a video of Sharma’s exit on Twitter.

Since being shared, the short clip has caught the attention of many cricket fans. In the video, Sharma is seen hitting the ball straight on the road and laughing heartily. This was definitely a crucial break for the right-handed batsman ahead of the busy schedule of Indian cricket.

Sharma, along with other players, is all set to return to action next week as the Indian cricket team prepares to play its only Test match against England. The tour of India to England will start from July 24 to July 27 with a practice match in Leicester. After the tour of England, Team India will also go to West Indies for another white ball series.


This will be the first time that Rohit Sharma will lead the team on a full tour abroad. He has had success at home in the past as a captain. He has won many trophies for India in 2018, including the Nadahas Trophy.

However, recently, Rohit Sharma’s IPL 2022 season has been bad. He could score only 268 runs in 14 innings. He was disappointed with his poor form in IPL 2022. He said he could not do what he wanted.
